that could lead the way for both social inclusiveness and financial gain.
This research paper explores the experiences of people in New Zealand with access requirements, with the aim of “understand[ing] the expectations and experiences
of the access consumer to suggest improvements for accessibility of the New Zealand tourism sector.”
